3.1 7-Day Un-deployed Inspection Window
If an un-deployed digital incubator unit, automated egg-turning tray, or premium candling accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as broken chassis latches, loose internal connection wires, or dead digital screen sectors), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an aviary hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of organic stains, dander, or water marks, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, internal foam dividers, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Biological Hygiene & Fluid-Contact Exclusions
To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine quarantine safety across our aviary breeding network, any incubation housing, turning rack, brooding mat, or loose nesting fibers that have been introduced to active eggs, unsealed from their protective internal factory wraps, or run through an active incubation fluid line cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom-configured commercial hatchery racks or high-volume wholesale business volume configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your aviary cargo or distribution package is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic thermal inspection, sensor calibration audit, and strict sanitation scan to confirm its original physical integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7–10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Aviaryhub.
